1.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time with or without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to periodically review this Site and these Terms. Your continued use of this Site and Offerings after such modifications constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

2.1 Offerings. Doing HR Differently provides advising, advising related services, and digital and physical products. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Offerings.
2.2 No Guarantee. We do not promise or guarantee specific results from use of the Site or Offerings.
2.3 Temporary Interruptions. The Site and Offerings are provided “AS IS.” We assume no responsibility for interruptions, delays, or failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
2.4 Coaching Disclaimer
Doing HR Differently provides advisory services and related coaching services and products. We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, medical professionals, attorneys, or financial advisors. Nothing provided through the Site or Offerings constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

6.1 Physical Products
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days.
6.2 Coaching Services & Digital Products
Refund terms for advisory, coaching services, or digital products are governed by the specific agreement or purchase terms applicable to that Offering. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for coaching sessions already rendered are non-refundable.
We do not guarantee that Site content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
Use of the Site and Offerings is at your own risk.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8.1 In no event shall Doing HR Differently or its Affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Offerings.
In no event shall Doing HR Differently’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Offering giving rise to the claim.
8.2 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doing HR Differently and its Affiliates from any claims arising from your use or misuse of the Site.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Offerings at our discretion for violation of these Terms.
We may send you emails related to services, follow-up communications, or marketing if you have opted in or made a purchase or inquiry.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided or by emailing support@doinghrdifferently.com.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, California under JAMS rules. You waive participation in class actions.
11.3 Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
11.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clarity and Wisdom.
11.5 International Use. If you access this Site outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
