We all know that interviews can be incredibly stressful! But, can they also be fun? It’s your choice!
When I learned to look at interviewing as a game, it became fun for me! Can I prepare? Can I adapt in the interview? Can I solve a problem for them during the interview? Can I show them what it would be like to work with me? Can I get the job offer? If I was successful, then I could decide if I wanted the job or not. Either way, I was a winner and it was fun! I sharpened my interviewing skills and continued to see my value in the marketplace in new ways.
There’s so much that goes into the selection process – for both the hiring company and the candidate. It’s serious business that requires due diligence and successfully navigating through the process to find the right “fit”. Both want and need to get it right!
